conversation between the dad and colleauge (23 yr old guy) 

dad: eh mj! did you see the email from our BIG BIG boss? 

mj: (worried) yah. how???

dad: think tonight we sit down and then you pull out all your reports. then we need to get all the ammunition we can get before i shoot back at the meeeting. 

mj: ok ok ok. 

dad: you better go ask the shipyard if they have some 2 inch steel plates. 

mj: (stupefied look) ah? why?

dad: you get the 2 inch steel plates put at your backside. 

(collective laughter from pple all around) 

dad: i better get 4 inch steel plates as well.
